We currently ship within the United States.Free standard shipping is included with every AlignHabit order.Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days.When tracking information is available, it will be provided so you can follow your order.Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.To start a return, contact support@alignhabit.com with your order number and reason for the return.If your return is accepted, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return destination. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
